We Do NOT Store Your Scanned Face or Biometrics

Our Space-Map Face Scan Feature operates 100% on-device inside your browser using WebAssembly via MediaPipe Vision. No camera frames, photos, video feeds, or raw facial landmark coordinates are ever saved, stored, or transmitted to any server or cloud database. All facial proportion calculations are temporary, anonymous, and discarded immediately from memory upon generating your fictional mission archetype.

1. Internal Use of Event Data

Information collected through this application (including team names, registered emails, contact dispatch messages, and event feedback) will be used exclusively and internally by the DMAP Digital Young Creators (DYC) organizing team.

This data is utilized solely for:

Event coordination, team accreditation, and badge check-ins.
Mentor assignment and scheduling during competition breakout sessions.
Technical support dispatch response via the Contact Team portal.
Internal competition judging and winner certifications.

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your personal information to third-party commercial advertisers.

2. Camera & Vision Scanner Operation

When using the Space-Map Booth Experience, camera access is requested strictly for real-time video feed analysis during the active session.

Local Processing: Feature ratios (e.g. eye spacing, brow arc, jaw taper) are extracted client-side.
Zero Image Storage: The camera stream is never uploaded to any backend.
Entertainment & Archetype Assignment: Resulting traits map only to fictional mission roles inspired by historical geometry models and have no biometric or psychological diagnostic validity.

3. Public QR Share Results

If you choose to generate a QR share link (/r/[shareId]) to view or save your mission card on your smartphone, only sanitized, non-biometric metadata is saved (assigned archetype ID, partner sync score, and quantized seed). These temporary results are ephemeral and automatically expire after 24 hours.

4. AI Companion Chat & Gemini API

Conversations conducted with the Agent Companion (/agent) are processed via Firebase AI Logic and the Google Gemini API to generate creative script guidance. Chat inputs are not used to train global AI models and are discarded at session reset.
